What we collect

Order details: items, amounts, and the Merchant you purchased from.
Contact and delivery details: name, email, shipping address, phone.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited on this platform, used for security and fraud prevention.

What we do not collect

We do not store your full card number. Payment details are collected and processed by the Merchant's payment processor, subject to that processor's terms and safeguards.

How we use information

To process and deliver orders placed with Merchants.
To provide tracking, delivery notifications, and support.
To prevent fraud and secure the platform.

Sharing

Order and delivery information is shared with the Merchant you bought from, shipping carriers, and service providers who help us operate the platform. We do not sell personal information.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, support, and legal obligations. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact support@rapidcoldchain.com. For requests about a Merchant's own records, contact the Merchant on your receipt.
